I felt privileged a few years ago to be asked to create a bust of Mrs Margaret Lomas - a truly warm and dynamic great lady in Devon. I set off in my car (at that time a vintage 2CV) with sculpture stand, tools and clay and had a fantastic few days in the company of the lady, her husband and the assorted company involved.

The commission had been given me by one her sons, Mr. David Lomas who ran both a large farm and a local helicopter company.
